What are success factors for the transfer of biotech research results into marketable solutions? The EU project KETBIO has screened more than 300 EU projects and interviewed more than 80 in order to bridge the gap between publicly funded science and the market. At the workshop, we would like to present our propositions and discuss with project owners, investors and industry representatives what the prerequisites for successful commercialization are. Three showcase projects that are looking for commercial partners will be used as case studies.
