There are challenges emerging in the chemical industry that will require new ways of managing change and innovation e.g. circular economy, renewable materials, plastic waste and many more. Established project management processes are no longer the first choice. To cope, it is necessary to leave traditional approaches of thinking and become agile.

This workshop provides an opportunity to gain new insights into as well as to identify practical applications of the agile management approach. Agile does not mean fast, but fastness may be a positive consequence of the agile approach. Participate and discuss with colleagues whether and where it makes sense to go the agile way and how to put this into practice.
